Building an empire

By the way, Will surprised me with a suggestion to have breakfast with him this morning! This meant that I had my first poached egg for the year...yipppeEE! It was a nice wonderful breakfast. I ordered 2 poach eggs, a long black (3/4 full) and grilled mushrooms (yummy). Didn't dare to order the big brekky cos it kinda cost a bit and I did not want to send him broke.
